OUR HISTORY
A history of tradition
In the year 1969, an Italian young man faced a chance to enter the steel market.
Like every new entrepreneur, he began his work in a timid structure, marketing small amounts of blanks. With a relevant increase of customers, it acquired guillotines to make the cut of these alternative materials.
With its activities growing significantly, the young entrepreneur conquered his first own headquarters, located in Vila Ema in São Paulo. Always thinking of expanding his business, he moved to Rua Cairiri. In 1972, it moved its headquarters to Rua Suzana, where the company remained until 2009.
It was on Rua Suzana that the second generation of the family joined the business, occupying currently the direction of the company. The expansion was not only in the space occupied by Lealfer's headquarters, but also in its product line. The company soon began to work with entire plates and with the cutting of rolls, which led them to obtain raw material directly in the mills, besides to remain with the alternative materials.
New Place
In 2001, the company began construction of a new headquarters, located strategically in the neighborhood of Bonsucesso in Guarulhos, one of the largest industrial centers in São Paulo, where it is currently settled. The 35,000m² of land and 16,000m² of constructed area are home to all production and marketing processes.
A few years later, in 2014, the company inaugurated a plate cutting line. Adding to its portfolio CNC oxy-cutting and high-definition plasma cutting, enabling customers to order custom cut and machined parts.
The quality, tradition and reliability achieved in the market, provided the company with its integration with the USIMINAS network, strengthening its business and expanding its operations in the market.
